Concierge (Part-time) - Boston, MA
About the role

The role also includes supporting resident events, monitoring security systems, coordinating move-ins and elevator scheduling, entering and following up on maintenance requests, and conducting routine inspections of common areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and calm under pressure, with strong communication skills and the ability to handle administrative, operational, and emergency response responsibilities with professionalism and attention to detail.

- Provide new residents with orientation to the community
- Conduct routine inspections of all common areas, ensuring that the areas are appropriately maintained, and confirm that the areas have proper supplies
- Monitor security systems (cameras, building access, and Fire Control System) and ensure that the property is secured and safe
- Contact the applicable public service response organization immediately in case of an emergency as well as the Property Manager. Follow the applicable emergency procedures as directed in the property manual
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times. Consistently maintain a professional, courteous attitude when dealing with residents, coworkers, and the general public
