Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests, manage phone calls, and handle requests with polish and care.
• Keep the lobby and front desk organized; assist with mail, deliveries, and supplies.
• Coordinate transportation logistics.
• Support events, communications, and scheduling.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, organized, and proactive.
• Comfortable multitasking and using basic office technology.

Schedule

Flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts, varying by assignment.

Pay

$18.00 per hour.
