Concierge Officer - Front Desk Security

About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Louisville, KY. The role involves working part-time, primarily on Thursday evenings and Friday mornings, with a competitive hourly wage of $17/hr and the option for DailyPay.

Responsibilities

• Tell visitors and manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Achie and pass an extensive screening process
• Show exceptional customer service skills
• Show proficiency in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• If required, have a state license
