Concierge - Limited Part-time Program - Cumberland Crossing Manor

Description

The Concierge is a limited part-time position available at Cumberland Crossing Manor in McCandless, PA. The role requires availability for at least 2 shifts per week, including every Friday from 4:30 PM – 9 PM. Available shift timeframes are 4:30 PM – 9 PM during the week or 8 AM – 2 PM and 2 PM – 9 PM on Saturday or Sunday. Starting pay is $15.00/hour - $18.00/hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and answer questions
• Relay telephone messages
• Refer callers to the correct location
• Ensure prompt service to visitors and residents
• Receive and relay visitor and resident inquiries to the appropriate person or department
• Provide excellent customer service

Requirements

• Relevant experience in a customer-facing position preferred
• Long-term care or health experience preferred
• Maintain confidentiality of assignments and work well under pressure of deadlines
• Exhibit flexibility in work schedules and the ability to multitask for several individuals
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with visitors, residents, and team members
• Demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 software, the operation of multi-line telephones, and other basic office equipment
