Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, high-touch care including 24/7 access, same-day appointments, and annual wellness evaluations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of primary care and specialty providers, supported by in-house ancillary staff and AI-driven administrative tools to ensure efficiency.
• Maintain a balanced schedule with limited patient load (6-10 patients daily) and flexible hours, ensuring work-life balance.
