Physician - Concierge Medicine

FreedomDoc Health, founded in 2023, operates a membership‑based direct primary care model that puts physicians in control, fosters deeper patient relationships, and restores purpose and balance to clinical practice. Located in the heart of one of Indiana’s fastest‑growing communities, FreedomDoc Westfield is a flagship clinic backed by Freedom Healthworks’ business support and brand reputation.

Responsibilities

• Care for a panel of 500–600 members who value your time and expertise.
• Spend 30–90 minutes per visit to listen, diagnose, and educate patients without feeling rushed.
• Typically see 6–8 patients in‑clinic per day, with flexibility for remote visits.
• Exercise full clinical autonomy—decide how to care for patients free from third‑party interference or insurance billing.
• Leverage telehealth, in‑office medication dispensing, and seamless technology to enhance patient access and convenience.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Board‑certified MD or DO (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine preferred).
• Passionate about delivering high‑touch, whole‑person care.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a collaborative mindset.
