Concierge (Full‑Time) (Begins Late Summer) – $24/hr

About the role

The Concierge will serve as a key guest-facing representative of our property, providing personalized recommendations, assisting with reservations, and creating memorable experiences for our guests throughout ski season. This role is critical in ensuring high guest satisfaction during our busiest months.

Responsibilities

• Arrange dining, transportation, and activity reservations for guests.
• Share expert knowledge of local attractions, ski services, and seasonal events.
• Aid in on-property activations and guest experiences.
• Maintain relationships with local partners and vendors to enhance guest offerings.
• Provide timely and professional responses to guest requests.

Requirements

• Previous hospitality or guest service experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the local area, activities, and ski offerings.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
