Full-Time Concierge (Mon-Fri 4pm-12am)

Responsibilities

• Handle arriving residents, guests, and deliveries
• Coordinate amenity reservations
• Manage the loading dock and elevator scheduling
• Maintain lobby appearance throughout the night
• Field phone calls and respond to resident concerns
• Make judgment calls about building access each shift
• Conduct daily building walks
• Flag maintenance items and straighten common areas
• Perform small tasks that keep a Class A property feeling premium
• Stay active during peak dinner‑hour foot traffic

Schedule

Evening shift, Monday through Friday, 4 pm – midnight.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $18 to $21 per hour, with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least one year of experience in a concierge or high‑end customer service role, preferably in residential property, hospitality, or a similarly guest‑facing environment
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to work holidays and pick up additional shifts when needed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Instinct to handle difficult situations with composure
• Trustworthy and accountable, suited for largely unsupervised evening work
