As a Concierge, creates an atmosphere through a personalized approach to patients and visitors. The intent is to ensure patients feel cared for and supported from the moment they walk through the door. The concierge is the initial greeter and ensures patient experience in the department meets the highest. Level of patient satisfaction. Preferably with 2 years’ experience in healthcare setting or customer service. Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office and proficient computer skills. Familiarity with office equipment such as copiers and fax machines. Must demonstrate willingness to learn. Per Diem, as needed, be able to work flexible hours.
