As we continue to expand, we are searching for a part-time Concierge Banker at our Jeffersonville, IN branch. Heritage Federal Credit Union is seeking helpful, customer service-savvy individuals with experience in transactional cross-selling and product education to fill our part-time Concierge Banker position at our Jeffersonville branch to work Mondays and Wednesdays 10:00am-2:00pm and Fridays 9:00am-6:00pm. Starting Pay: $17.80/hour Part-Time Primary Responsibilities Sincerely greet each Member in the branch.Educate Members in the use of ITMs for transactional needs.Answer any questions about Heritage products and services.Produce quality referrals to Senior and Relationship BankersAssist members with technical services and or account maintenance and the opening of shares and accounts.Maintaining knowledge of credit union products and services.Cross-selling products and services.Other duties as required.
