Job Functions

• Greet customers with a friendly welcome, clear communication, and accurate information.
• Assist with reservations at local restaurants, concert venues, and vendors.
• Reach out to guests for special needs or accommodations.
• Utilize systems to track reservations, special occasions, and amenities.
• Answer the phone professionally, input messages, and communicate with guests.
• Resolve emergencies and complications calmly and efficiently.
• Work flexible hours to meet hotel needs.
• Support front service and bell assistance.
• Maintain property knowledge to market the hotel positively.
• Direct guest flow and assist with inquiries.

Qualifications

• Considerable math skills and effective customer interaction.
• Standing and moving throughout the front office.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Computer proficiency and good hearing and vision.
• High school diploma preferred, prior hospitality experience desirable, and additional language skills preferred.
