The Concierge at Watermark Retirement Communities plays a crucial role in ensuring every resident, family member, and visitor feels valued and appreciated. This position requires a strong commitment to exceptional service and a passion for working with seniors.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors
- Handle daily operations and ensure smooth running of the community
- Coordinate events and activities for residents
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of common areas
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
- Respond to emergencies and assist with special needs
Requirements
- 3 years of experience as a concierge
- Able to work weekends and holidays
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized
- Interested in learning and growing your skill set
