Concierge

Job Description The Sunshine Personal Assistant (SPA) and well-being concierge implements the concierge program at Mosaic Life Care. The position is responsible for providing high quality customer service by fulfilling designated requests of Mosaic caregivers, volunteers, patients, family members and physicians. The caregiver in this position will be part of and contribute to a team supporting organizational rewards, recognition, and well-being events. Responsibilities Executes the fulfillment of customer concierge requests within established guidelines. Establishes, builds, and maintains relationships with outside vendors, local businesses, and other organizations to promote services that provide benefit to Mosaic caregivers, volunteers, patients, and families. Participates in the review and evaluation of the program and recommends changes or additional services to continually improve the program in alignment with Mosaic's vision, mission, and values. Prioritizes and coordinates day to day activities and requests to provide excellent customer service and problem solving skills. Assists in coordinating events to highlight vendors, services, and the program. Assists in providing the content and communication to highlight and promote the program. Supports recognition and rewards as part of the organizational development and well-being team. Creates and supports opportunities in alignment with well-being program dimensions. Other duties as assigned Education H.S. Diploma - Required Work Experience 3 Years - Experience in a customer service role. - Preferred Licenses and Certifications Upon Hire Travel Requirements Must be able to travel between various system facilities and offsite locations as needed. - Required Qualifications Skills and Abilities Essential Technical/Motor Skills Knowledge of office procedures.Excellent computer skills.Excellent organizational skills.Ability to adapt to a fast-pace working environment.Must demonstrate the ability to handle confidential information and be willing to sign a statement of confidentiality.PC keyboard, knowledge of layout and software programs. Interpersonal Skills Excellent communication skills.Moderate written skills.Presents well to patients, visitors, and is well groomed. Essential Physical Requirements Moving, kneeling, stooping, reaching, walking, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 20 lbs. Essential Mental Abilities Interpret data, comprehend, understand, explain, short and long term memory, concentration/alertness, and follow rules/instructions, organizational skills.Self-starter, independent thinker who requires little supervision and a problem solver. Essential Sensory Requirements Visual, hearing, feeling, smelling, distinguishes colors.
