About the role

As the Concierge, you serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, guests, and team members. You help ensure smooth daily operations by managing communications, supporting resident services, and maintaining a warm, organized, and professional front-desk environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine security patrols throughout the community using a golf cart.
  • Remain at the front desk during overnight hours to monitor the community and respond to resident needs.
  • Monitor entrances, common areas, and building activity to help ensure the safety and security of residents, visitors, and staff.
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Complete required overnight logs, incident reports, and shift communication notes.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls after hours and direct emergency calls appropriately.
  • Maintain the front desk and lobby in a clean and organized condition.
  • Collect and dispose of trash from designated areas throughout the community.
  • Perform routine property checks and report maintenance, safety, or security concerns.
  • Respond promptly to resident requests, emergencies, and after-hours situations, notifying the appropriate manager or emergency services when necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • One to three years of customer service, reception, or administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and comfort using phones, email, and office systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and represent the community positively.

Schedule

  • Part-time: scheduled weekend overnight and rotating weeknights.
