About the role
As a Concessions Supervisor, you will lead team members to provide exceptional guest service at EverBank Stadium.Responsibilities
- Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training
- Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
- Manage labor and profit loss
- Ensure proper cash handling and tip record-keeping for the shift
- Absorb guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Experience working in a restaurant is required
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to implement rules and direct employees
- Ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs while thriving in a fast-paced environment
- No college degree required
Qualifications
- Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
- Ability to lift stock to 50 pounds occasionally
- May be required to work outdoors or in variable temperatures, depending on the season
