Concessions Supervisor - Cleveland Browns Stadium - Premium Services

This role oversees or delegates responsibilities within a food service operation, including inventory, customer service, food preparation, and food safety and sanitation procedures. Responsibilities may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns daily work assignments to a food service team and supervises the completion of tasks
• Trains and guides staff on job duties, proper food safety and sanitation procedures, and customer service
• Prepares and builds food items according to standardized recipes and directions
• Properly stores food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
• Sets up work stations including prep tables, service counters, hot wells, steam tables, etc.
• Breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes work stations
• Serves food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating customer needs
• Replenishes food items and ensures product is stocked to appropriate levels
• Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures, including accurate food safety and sanitation
• Ensures security of company assets

Job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice to meet business commitments.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience in a related role preferred
• Previous food service experience required
• Must be able to acquire food safety certification
• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
• Physical demands may include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing
• May require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $19.00.
