Concessions Supervisor

What You’ll Do:

• Oversight of concession stands, kiosks, portable locations, and walk-out or autonomous retail stores
• Staff assignment and coverage adjustment based on volume and operational needs
• Pre-event or pre-shift briefings to review expectations, menus, service standards, and assignments
• Promptly address guest concerns and escalate issues to management
• Support onboarding and training of concession staff and leads

What You Bring:

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in concessions, food service, or event-based operations
• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred
• Meet minimum age requirements to supervise alcohol sales based on local and state regulations
• Maintain a valid TIPS, TEAM, or equivalent alcohol-service certification
• A food handler certification may be required based on state or local regulations
