Job Summary

At Ryan Field, we are building a world-class game day and event experience. Our Ryan Field Concessions Supervisors are instrumental in creating memorable moments for guests, donors, season ticket holders, sponsors, and visitors.

Essential Responsibilities

• Supervise an assigned concession stand or service location.
• Lead concession attendants, cashiers, and service staff.
• Monitor sales activity and service flow.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns.
• Support inventory controls and cash-handling procedures.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation requirements.
• Ability to work event-driven schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must have a strong understanding of food service operations and customer service principles.
