Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and interact with customers to assure satisfaction.
• Prepare and serve a variety of menu items, including simple food and beverage orders.
• Sell items, collect payment, and provide correct change to guests.
• Accurately enter all sales into the cash register to ensure purchases are recorded.
• Clean work area, store product, and remove trash/garbage to dumpster.
• Serve patrons quickly in proper portions with a courteous demeanor.
• Verify I.D. for customers ordering alcohol.
• Suggestively sell and upsell items.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area.
• Interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
• Perform arithmetic operations involving U.S. monetary units (add, subtract, multiply, and divide).

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to interact with co-workers and ensure compliance with company service standards.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Ability to work in an open-air environment during all climate conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds, including up and down stairs/ramps.
• Ability to work all stadium events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Sufficient mobility to perform tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
• Must meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services.
• Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures, and complete required safety training.

Pay

Part-Time: $18.92 per hour
