Concessions Stand Lead | Part-Time | The Bushnell

Responsibilities

• Assign positions, guide staff performance, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure the stand is fully stocked, clean, and event-ready.
• Maintain food and beverage quality, temperature, and presentation.
• Address guest concerns and escalate issues to management when needed.
• Track product usage, request restocks, and prevent shortages.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
• Report equipment issues and ensure proper functionality.
• Communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff, and guests in a clear, business-like, and respectful manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
• Possess a valid alcohol and food service permit if required by state and federal regulations.
• Ability to calculate basic math functions as they relate to POS credit transactions and product inventory.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Three or more months’ experience in the food service industry, concessions preferred.
• Must be able to operate POS.
• Excellent interpersonal skills & a friendly, positive attitude with co-workers, managers, volunteers & guests.
• Able to prioritize tasks and make decisions under pressure.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods during events.
• Able to reach with hands and arms, sit, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
• Able to lift heavy objects.

Benefits

This position will pay an hourly rate of $18.00-$20.00 and is tip eligible. Benefits for Part-Time roles include a 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching.

Pay

The employee will be paid an hourly rate of $18.00-$20.00.

Schedule

The employee must be available to work events as scheduled per business need.
