Concessions Stand Lead

Levy is the official hospitality partner of the University of New Mexico (UNM) Athletics, home of the UNM Lobos. We provide management and oversight of food and beverage programs throughout UNM Athletics facilities, including concessions, suites, group sales, and non-game-day functions. Our team delivers show-quality hospitality experiences at the iconic UNM Arena (The Pit) and UNM Stadium.

About the role

As a Concession Stand Lead, you will oversee the successful operation of your assigned concession stand, ensuring unforgettable moments for Lobos fans while upholding Levy’s standards of hospitality, teamwork, and New Mexico pride. This role is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in creating exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Sell concessions, including soft drinks and food items, to spectators at various events.
• Receive money from customers and make correct change.
• Monitor money in cash drawer to ensure adequate change is available.
• Take inventory of supplies and equipment; maintain stock at required operational levels.
• Train stand attendants and oversee their performance.
• Ensure accuracy of timekeeping and compliance with OSHA and Health Department regulations.
• Exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow employees, and others.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.

Pay

$16.50 to $18.00 per hour.

Schedule

Part-time, primarily during UNM Athletics events and game days.
