Concessions -Crash Landings Restaurant

About the role

Concessions team members work in various food‑preparation areas, preparing and serving food in accordance with company standards. As the first point of contact between customers and the restaurant, they are expected to deliver top‑quality customer service, being friendly and engaging to project a positive image of the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service.
• Greet and interact with guests in a positive, friendly, and professional manner.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and answer any questions or comments.
• Prepare food in an appetizing manner.
• Accept payment from customers and make change as necessary.
• Abide by all health‑code and food‑preparation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean workstation.
• Complete opening and closing checklists.
• Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products.
• Clean in accordance with company standards, including sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning tables, counters, kitchen and service equipment, removing trash, and cleaning restrooms.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by a supervisor.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sanitation regulations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to gauge customers' preferences.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma; relevant training is a plus.
