About the role

The Concessions Cook prepares and cooks menu items for concession stands during high-volume events such as sporting events, concerts, and special occasions. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring food is made safely, efficiently, and to company recipes and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and production standards.
• Ensure food quality, consistency, presentation, and portion control standards are met.
• Maintain proper food temperatures and safe food handling practices throughout service.
• Prepare food in a timely manner to support efficient guest service and event operations.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including grills, fryers, ovens, and other food preparation equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate product needs to supervisors.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations throughout events.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and health department regulations.
• Properly label, date, store, and rotate food products.
• Assist with food preparation, event setup, breakdown, and cleaning responsibilities.
• Work collaboratively with culinary, concessions, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure successful event execution.
• Support a safe and productive work environment by following company policies and procedures.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Commitment to food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques.
