About the role

As a Concessions Bartender at Charlotte Motor Speedway, you will prepare and serve beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner while adhering to all liquor regulations.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations, including verifying guest identification and managing intoxicated guests.
• Set up assigned bars; requisition and stock beer, wine, spirits, paper products, glassware, ice, and garnishes.
• Maintain stock, prepare, cure, and store fresh fruit, vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables to ensure product quality.
• Greet guests courteously, take and process drink orders, mix and garnish drinks using standard recipes, and practice portion control.
• Handle cash transactions, make change, verify charges, and ensure proper voucher execution.
• Lock up and store beverage products, equipment, and cash drops; secure the bank.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain health and safety standards; keep the work area clean and organized.
• Arrange bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive bar display; wash and sterilize stemware.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay

$10.00 per hour.
