Concessions Attendant

As a Concessions Attendant, you’ll serve as the central resource for our quick-service food operations, delivering genuine hospitality, speed, and accuracy to every guest. This role offers the unique opportunity to take on diverse responsibilities within food and beverage, playing an integral part in our program’s success.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, quality, genuine hospitality to each guest.
• Greet guests, take orders, prepare, and serve offerings according to established standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the menu and offerings, including dietary and allergen guidelines.
• Operate the cash register, process payments (cash or credit card), and provide accurate change when applicable.
• Prepare food and beverages throughout the day, anticipating and reacting to guest volume.
• Work neatly, safely, and in compliance with Health Department sanitary guidelines and regulations.
• Follow recipes accurately while maintaining food and beverage preparation processes.
• Complete food and beverage preparation assignments accurately, neatly, and in a timely manner.
• Perform shift opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned.
• Stock and replenish food, beverages, paper products, and utensils as needed.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain work areas per sanitation guidelines, including washing cookware and utensils throughout the day.
• Set up and break down events and resort functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• 6 months of previous food and beverage experience (preferred).
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to endure temperature fluctuations due to constant outdoor work conditions.
• Ability to work well independently as well as on a team.
• Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to use email and the internet.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work events during non-business hours.

Pay

$17 per hour.
