Responsibilities

  • Cash register sales: Taking orders, building orders, and completing transactions.
  • Concessions operations: Preparing food, maintaining stock levels, and communicating low-stock items.
  • Customer service: Listening to and responding to customer requests or concerns.
  • Workplace maintenance: Keeping a clean and organized workspace, disposing of garbage, and cleaning dishes.
  • Serving beverages: Serving beverages to guests, including alcoholic beverages, responsibly.
  • ID verification: Checking guests' IDs to verify the minimum age requirement for purchasing alcohol.
  • Sanitation and safety: Maintaining sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Three or more months’ experience in the food service industry preferred.
  • Previous cash handling experience preferred.
  • Ability to learn to handle cash and operate a cash register and corresponding system.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, positive attitude.

Pay

This role pays an hourly rate of $15.00 and is tip eligible.

The Concession Worker prepares and serves concession items to guests, prepares and pours beverages, ensures quality of food presentation, utilizes a cash register, accepts payment, maintains excellent attendance, and adheres to sanitation, health, and safety standards.
