Concession Stand Manager | Part-Time | Angel of the Winds Arena

Position Summary

The Concession Stand Manager is responsible for running the operation of the concession stands, including the cashiers and cooking and prep areas. The Concession Stand Manager oversees stands for cleanliness/neatness, product quality, customer service, stand safety, food safety, and alcohol service. The Concession Stand Manager will actively mentor, train, and help employees and volunteers meet company quality standards and promote a positive, enthusiastic, and cooperative work environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of previous experience in a high-volume food & beverage operation.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in basic food handling, sanitation, and customer service is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively and manage inventory and requisitions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long hours.

Pay

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule

Employees must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work on an event-based schedule.
