Concession Stand Lead- Empower Field - Empower Field at Mile High

About the role

Empower Field is the home of the Denver Broncos and hosts a variety of concerts and specialty events. The Stand Lead oversees a concession stand and ensures guests have the best possible experience.

Responsibilities

• Assigns duties to food service team and supervises their completion
• Trains and guides staff on job duties, proper food safety and sanitation procedures, and customer service
• Ensures food is prepared and built according to standardized recipes and directions
• Aids in workstation setup, tear-down, cleaning, and sanitizing
• Serves food to customers, ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating needs
• Replenishes food items and ensures product is stocked appropriately
• Adheres to alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines
• Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor
• Ensures security of company assets

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid TEAM or ServSafe alcohol certification
• Previous supervisory experience in a related role preferred
• Previous food service experience required
• Must be able to obtain food safety certification
• Basic accounting knowledge and experience managing inventory required
• Willingness to accept change, new procedures, and constructive comments
• Ability to establish relationships with guests and co-workers
• Demonstrated organizational skills to improve efficiency
• Coordination of multiple tasks, meeting production/service time schedules, and adapting to necessary and unforeseen changes
• Consistent professionalism in the execution of daily assignments
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Excellent guest service skills
