Job Responsibilities
- Schedules and assigns daily work assignments to a food service team and supervises the completion of tasks
- Trains and guides staff on job duties, proper food safety and sanitation procedures, customer service, etc.
- Prepares and builds food items according to standardized recipes and directions
- Properly stores food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
- Sets up workstations including prep tables, service counters, hot wells, steam tables, etc.
- Breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes workstations
- Serves food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating the customers' needs
- Replenishes food items and ensures product is stocked to appropriate levels
- Adheres to all alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines including checking patrons' identification
- Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
- Maintains friendly, efficient, positive customer service demeanor towards customers, clients, and co-workers
- Is adaptable to customer needs
- Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
- Ensures security of company assets
Qualifications
- A valid Food Handler Certificate and Alcohol Server Certification are required
- Candidates who do not currently hold these certifications must obtain them before their start date
