Concession Attendant

Seasonal position from March 30th through October 12th with varying hours, including evening and weekend shifts.

About the role

Staffs District concession stands in accordance with set rules and operating procedures, working under the direct supervision of the Facility Leader-CRC.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves food and drink items to the public in an efficient and timely manner.
• Answers questions from the public and communicates with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
• Collects daily receipts, makes accurate change for customers, takes inventory, restocks, and fills out appropriate forms.
• Operates cash box.
• Maintains all equipment, facilities, and fixtures in a clean and working condition in accordance with public health standards.
• Reports any malfunctioning equipment or facility needs to supervisor.
• Is knowledgeable about District rules pertaining to operation of the concession stand and State Health Department regulations that govern safe operation of food preparation.
• Reports safety and health deficiencies to immediate supervisor.
