The Concert Hall and Production Coordinator leads the planning, technical execution, and day-to-day operations of dynamic concerts, recitals, and special events. From stage management and livestream production to supervising graduate assistants and supporting renowned guest artists, this role is at the center of every performance experience. The Concert Hall and Production Coordinator
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and technically executing events and productions in the OU School of Music performance halls. Leads event production operations, including scheduling, stage management, technical logistics, recording, and livestream support. Trains and supervises graduate assistants who staff these functions. Works directly with the School of Music administration, faculty, ensemble directors, students, and guest artists to ensure that every performance and production is executed to the highest professional standards. Regular evening and weekend availability is a core expectation of this role.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree. Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree.
