Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyze data to inform concept development
• Create and refine technical specifications for new product concepts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test prototypes
• Present project progress and findings to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in concept development or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in CAD software and design tools
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Qualifications

• Passionate about engineering and innovation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with project management tools
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices

Skills

• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience with prototyping and testing

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
