COMSEC Test Engineer with Security Clearance
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Integration: Apply deep expertise in communications protocols for space and terrestrial networks to mitigate technical and programmatic risks during the integration of COMSEC equipment into operational environments.
- Systems Operations: Execute precise configuration, operation, and performance testing on COMSEC systems to ensure mission readiness.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform critical fault isolation, troubleshooting, and necessary maintenance actions to repair and restore systems to peak functionality.
- Functional Validation: Conduct comprehensive functional checkouts of hardware/software configurations to meet rigorous security specifications.
Qualifications
- Security Clearance: Active TOP SECRET clearance is required. SCI access with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Practical experience in the installation and operation of COMSEC equipment within secure communications architectures.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this role is $100,000 – $210,000 annually.
