About the role

The COMSEC Analyst (CA) position at Aurex involves executing lifecycle management functions to support mission-critical COMSEC operations. This includes managing requirements for COMSEC equipment and keying material, supporting logistics and account management, developing policies, conducting audits, and serving as a subject matter expert.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and monitor requirements for COMSEC equipment and keying material across their operational lifespan.
  • Support COMSEC logistics and provide direct supervision of COMSEC account management, ensuring precise inventory and asset safeguarding.
  • Interpret and develop new organizational standards for COMSEC policies to align with mission needs and government regulations.
  • Manage a comprehensive program for COMSEC inspections and audits, identifying risks, conducting compliance checks, and ensuring full adherence to national security standards.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on the proper handling, storage, and distribution of cryptographic materials.

Qualifications

  • Active TOP SECRET SCI clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph required.
  • Demonstrated experience in COMSEC lifecycle management, including requirements management, equipment/key handling, and audit/compliance procedures.
  • NSA KMI Certification preferred.

Pay

$90,000 - $190,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, remote option available.
