Computing Lab Instructor – Full-time position based in Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and support computing labs for academic programs.
- Assist faculty and students with technical issues related to hardware and software.
- Ensure lab equipment and resources are operational and up-to-date.
- Provide training and guidance on lab tools and technologies.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline).
- Experience in managing or supporting computing labs or IT infrastructure.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Strong communication skills to assist diverse users.
