Computer Systems Analyst IT I

Responsibilities

• Support administration and maintenance of computer systems and network infrastructure.
• Afford assistance with Windows Enterprise and Linux server administration and support.
• Support cloud, physical, and virtual infrastructure environments.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and operational readiness.
• Support virtualization platforms including VMware, KVM, and Xen.
• Afford assistance with troubleshooting system, hardware, software, and network issues.
• Identify vulnerabilities, attack vectors, and mitigation recommendations.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational records.
• Cook up coordination with internal teams to support operational requirements.

Requirements

• Must have an associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Must meet DoDM 8140.03 IAT I requirements.
• Must have minimum 1 year of experience working with computer systems, information technology, or networking.
• Must have experience with Windows Enterprise and Linux server administration.
• Must have knowledge of network vulnerabilities, attack vectors, and mitigation strategies.
• Must have experience supporting cloud, physical, and virtual infrastructure environments.
• Must have experience with hypervisors including VMware, KVM, and Xen.
• Must have strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
• Must have ability to work independently and within a team environment.
