Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of Cisco networking equipment and computer hardware/software necessary for ensuring compliance with standards.
- Performs daily tasks to maintain and monitor network equipment performance.
- Works with other IS employees and other departments in the Company, vendors, auditors, and others to install and maintain computer, network, WiFi, UPS, and camera systems.
- Provides documentation for compliance and assists with training others.
- Provides intermediate to advanced support for installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of servers, routers, switches, desktops, laptops, mobile devices, WiFi controllers and access points, cameras, network cabling and diagnostic equipment, and other equipment as assigned using Cyber standards best practices.
- Performs intermediate troubleshooting analysis of the Company network, servers, workstations, and schedules maintenance coordinating via department/company wide.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, information technology, computer science, applied networking systems administration or related discipline.
- A minimum of three years related work experience.
- An intermediate to advanced knowledge of coordinating essentials for Cisco networking, Windows Server and PCs, SolarWinds for network administration, and general UPS operations.
