SHAZAM is looking for a Computer Operator (Item Processing) to join our team.

What You'll Do

• Accurately perform data entry and maintain precise records to ensure high-quality documentation and workflow.
• Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and vendors via telephone and written correspondence.
• Adapt to a fast-paced, high-productivity environment, managing multiple tasks while maintaining focus and attention to detail.
• Think independently and solve problems, providing sound decisions and guidance for self and team.

What You Need

• Computer operations/data center experience preferred.
• Knowledge of banking systems operations is helpful.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Actual compensation is based on various factors, such as geographic location, experience, education, and/or skill level, and is finalized at the time of offer.

Mondays through Fridays, 12:00-9:00pm (CST)
