Computer Operator (Charleston, WV)
Overview
The Computer Operator I provides operational support of our product development and systems integration teams, our lottery operations, and customers; monitors our enterprise infrastructure; and escalates issues as required.
Responsibilities
- Aid in the daily operation of computer systems.
- Carry out all tasks on the daily checklist under supervision.
- Generate reports required.
- Assist in verifying the validity and clarity of computer reports and other output before releasing from Computer Operations.
- Afford assistance in the recovery activities necessary to restore normal operations.
- Follow the correct escalation procedures within Computer Operations and other departments.
- Perform other required tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Education: Two-year technical college degree or comparable experience.
- Years Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in related field.
- Success Profile: Leading Complexity, Leading People, Leading the Business, Leading Self.
