About the role
This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of production schedules and system performance in a structured, high-availability environment.
Responsibilities
- Schedule, run and monitor jobs in the PeopleSoft Financials system, following documented processes precisely.
- Print and process critical financial documents.
- Monitor system outputs and error messages; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Operate and perform routine maintenance on printing and mailing equipment (e.g., printers, folders/sealers, inserters).
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- 1 year of experience operating or maintaining mailing equipment (minimum); 2–3 years preferred.
- 1 year of experience with job scheduling and monitoring (minimum); 2–3 years preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency in office productivity software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint), with the ability to create, edit, and manage documents, spreadsheets, and collaborative content effectively.
- Strong adherence to documented processes and operational guidelines.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team to support shared goals.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Punctuality, reliability, and a strong sense of integrity and accountability are highly valued.
