Computer Aided Design Technician

Job Description Setting up, loading, and operating CNC mills and lathes according to job specs Writing/modifying CNC programs using G-code or CAM software Performing setup fixturing and first-article dimensional inspections with precision tools (calipers, micrometers) Troubleshooting machine issues and program adjustments in real time Required Skills And Experience Heavy machinery or powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyors) - Elevated work areas or fall hazards - Repetitive physical tasks (lifting, bending, reaching) - Hazardous materials or chemicals - Extreme temperatures (cold storage, outdoor exposure) - Electrical systems or high-voltage equipment - Autonomous robots or automated guided vehicles - Airborne particulates or noise above safe thresholds
