Computed Tomography Technologist – Travel Job

About the role

Become a vital part of a hospital team in Brattleboro, VT as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and expertly operate CT equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Accurately follow physician scanning instructions
• Administer contrast materials
• Expertly operate CT equipment
• Perform contrast-enhanced CT exams
• Follow moderate sedation protocols when applicable
• Operate multi-slice CT scanners
• Familiarity with PACS workflow
• Work independently on night shift in an acute hospital environment

Requirements

• 2 years CT Tech experience
• Completion of a JRCERT-accredited program in Radiologic Technology or equivalent education
• Current ARRT (Computed Tomography or Radiography) certification
• Current BLS certification
• Demonstrated experience performing contrast-enhanced CT exams
• Experience operating multi-slice CT scanners
• Ability to work independently on night shift in an acute hospital environment
• Meet facility-specific credentialing and background requirements

Qualifications

• Preferred: ACLS certification, experience in trauma or emergency department CT imaging, and previous travel or contract experience

Pay

Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Nights: 7:30 PM - 7:30 AM
