Computed Tomography Technologist – Part Time

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist to operate CT scanners, follow physician instructions, administer contrast materials, and produce diagnostic-quality images.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanners to obtain diagnostic images following regulatory and scope-of-practice guidelines
• Review examinations for technical accuracy and image quality
• Transmit images and associated documents into PACS
• Participate in CT call schedule rotation
• Monitor and manage departmental supplies
• Attend departmental meetings and maintain compliance with training requirements
• Coordinate patient scheduling with outpatient services
• Support additional departmental duties as needed

Requirements

• Preferred minimum of 1 year experience as a CT Technologist
• Completion of a JRCERT-accredited Radiology program
• Current ARRT certification in CT or radiography with CT specialty
• BLS certification
• Experience operating CT scanners and transmitting images to PACS
• Ability to schedule patients and coordinate with outpatient staff
• Flexibility to participate in call rotations and varied shifts
• Knowledge of medical imaging computer systems and electronic documentation
