Position: STEM Researcher — Computational Fields Type: Contract Compensation: $60–$90/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 35 hours/week Role Responsibilities Design tasks by turning everyday research skills into engaging, multi-step tasks.Author solutions using Python and notebooks, ensuring rigor and precision.Define criteria for sound scientific reasoning versus superficial reasoning.Evaluate models by reviewing attempts and identifying immediate mistakes.Work as a team to ensure consistent and accurate evaluations. Qualifications Must-Have MSc or PhD in a STEM field or equivalent practical experience.1+ years in an active research role.Experience with Python-based analysis, simulation, or data pipelines.Strong grounding in experimental design and hypothesis testing.Familiarity with Git, IDEs, and notebook environments. Preferred Experience in AI training, model evaluation, or benchmark/task authoring.High attention to detail and creativity in task design.
