What You'll Do

  • Service & repair: Service, troubleshoot, and repair air compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and other rotating equipment; respond to urgent and emergency service calls with speed and precision to minimize customer downtime
  • Diagnose & recommend: Identify issues and recommend solutions to improve reliability and efficiency; identify and sell repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance opportunities
  • Stay organized & compliant: Complete accurate service reports, maintain compliance, and keep your service vehicle properly stocked with tools and parts
  • Build relationships & grow: Represent OTC professionally, build strong customer relationships, follow safety protocols, stay current through ongoing training, and take on additional responsibilities as needed

What You'll Need

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience servicing rotary screw, oil-free, and/or oil-flooded air compressors
  • Mechanical aptitude; multi-craft experience a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, coachable attitude
  • Valid driver's license; ability to pass drug test and background check
  • Physical ability to sit, stand, and bend for extended periods in a field service environment
