Compressor Machining
- Responsible for machining cell operation, inspection, and parts movement.
- Work requires ability to troubleshoot, perform fault recovery, quality checks, preventative maintenance and Lean Manufacturing 5S activity.
- Inspection includes all machining product to MACI spec standards and parts movement includes product verification and transportation between machining inspection and finish racks.
Qualifications And Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required for internal hire (not required for temporary employees)
- Basic reading skills.
- Must be able to follow directions
- Basic computer navigation and utilization skills
- Able to perform work accurately and thoroughly
- High attention to detail and self-motivation skills
- Pass basic math, reading and dexterity testing
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Pass a drug screen
- Pass a background check
Physical Demands And Abilities
- Regularly lift 35 pounds
- Regularly perform repetitive tasks
- Possess manual dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and accurately
- Must have good eye-hand coordination
Schedule
Full-time - minimum 5 days a week, weekends possible
Average 8-10.5 hours each day
