Clutch Associate - NIGHT SHIFT ONLY

Responsibilities

• Carry out standardized work instructions to manufacture components for automotive compressors.
• Apply mathematical skills to calculate and implement CNC offsets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic reading and computer navigation skills.
• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
• High attention to detail and self-motivation.
• Pass basic math, reading, and dexterity tests.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.

• Manual dexterity to assemble parts quickly and accurately.
• Good eye-hand coordination.
