About the role

The Comprehensive Housing Therapeutic Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the implementation of therapeutic housing programs designed to support individuals with mental health and substance abuse issues. This role involves managing staff, ensuring program compliance, and providing leadership in addressing client needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of therapeutic housing programs
• Manage and mentor a team of housing staff
• Evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in housing management or related field
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams
• Experience working with individuals with mental health and substance abuse issues
• Knowledge of relevant housing and social services policies and procedures
