Compounding Pharmacist

Location: Nicholasville, Kentucky (onsite in Cincinnati, OH)

Schedule

• Full-Time or Part-Time opportunities
• Shift options: 1st or 3rd shift
• Four 10-hour shifts per week (Monday–Friday)

Responsibilities

• Verify prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and patient safety
• Prepare and oversee sterile and/or non-sterile compounded medications
• Perform final product verification prior to dispensing
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians throughout the compounding process
• Maintain accurate compounding records and quality assurance documentation
• Collaborate with prescribers on customized medication therapies and formulation recommendations
• Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, storage, and adherence
• Assist with inventory management and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
• Active Pharmacist license in good standing
• Compounding experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Pay

$61.00 – $66.00 per hour
