Responsibilities

• Maintain high sterile awareness
• Set up and operate blending equipment per Manufacturing Order (MO) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Inspect, unload, and store inbound materials
• Process work orders accurately according to the MO and production schedule
• Create batch samples for Quality Assurance testing
• Add ingredients to blenders, process batches, and calculate quantities
• Blend juices and water using various equipment
• Able to perform basic math using calculators as needed to adjust batches, and accurately complete batch correction worksheets and related documentation
• Pack products on pallets and secure them for shipping
• Maintain accurate records
• Perform other assigned duties
• Ability to use computers

Requirements

• Prefer individuals with at least 1 year experience in compounding, blending, or mixing in GMP production environment
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pass a drug screen and physical
• Ability to lift 55 or more pounds periodically
• Ability to work around liquid and dry chemicals (including biological ingredients)

Pay

$22.06/hour

Schedule

Rotating schedule
6:30am-7:00pm on a 2-2-3 schedule

Physical Requirements

• Stand on hard surfaces such as concrete for extended periods, up to 12 hours per shift
• Lift and carry materials weighing up to 60 pounds
• Climb stairs, ladders, platforms, and other structures on equipment or buildings to inspect, operate, maintain, or troubleshoot
• Bend at the knees, twist the back, and kneel as needed to access equipment for operation, maintenance, or troubleshooting
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying seasonal temperatures and humidity levels
• Function effectively in areas of high noise while using proper personal protective equipment (PPE)
